Welcome to Wirral Music Tuition’s subscription payment page.

From here you can sign up to our secure, weekly subscription payment for a hassle free, convenient way to pay for your tuition. Please only sign up to this if you have already booked your lessons and have been allocated a tutor and time slot.

Payment

The first payment will be taken upon submission of the form and will be billed on the same day every week until cancelled. If for some reason you can not attend a lesson one week, payments can be paused as long as 1 weeks notice is given. The subscription will automatically resume after then. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and there is no minimum period you will be signed up for. Once signed up you will receive an email invitation to your customer portal, from here you can amend any details, update card payment options and also view past and present invoices.

We do not hold or have access to any sensitive information, card details, contact information etc. This is all held by Stripe, a secure online payment administrator that runs online payment systems for companies such as ASOS and Under Armour to name two. Do I have to re-enter my details and pay every week?

No, this is a subscription service similar to a direct debit. Payment will be taken automatically every week until you decide to cancel.

Is there a minimum period I have to sign up for?

No, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and there is no minimum period you will be signed up for. Cancellations can be done yourself from your customer portal or your tutor can do this for you.

What happens if I can’t attend a lesson, will I still be charged?

If for some reason you can not attend a lesson one week, payments can be paused as long as 1 weeks notice is given. Just inform your tutor of your date of absence and the payment will be paused for that week/s.

How do I notify you of change of address, change of card details etc..

All of this can be done from your customer portal. Once you have signed pop you will receive an email invitation to the portal, from here you can amend any details, update card payment options and also view past and present invoices.

What happens if I lose or forget my Customer portal Password?

A new password invitation can be sent to you via email, just inform your tutor or just contact us either through the live chat at the corner of the page or email us on accounts@wirralmusictuition.co.uk.

The Subscription is for someone else as a gift?

Just let us know who the subscription is for once you’ve signed up and we will add a note to the account to make sure the account is registered to the student attending.
